What we do with your details
We are a family run garden center and landscaping crew in Nashville, Tennessee. We collect only what we need to answer you and price your work, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect
When you send us a message through the contact form, we keep what you typed into it. That is your name, your email address, your phone number if you give us one, the kind of work you are asking about, and your message. Nothing else is captured.
Why we hold it
So we can write back, answer your questions, and price the work if you want a quote. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or pass your details to anyone else for marketing. Your details are held and used here in the United States.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we have a reason to. If a message does not turn into work, we delete it once the conversation has clearly finished. If we do plant or build something for you, the message stays with the paperwork for that job, so we can look it up when you call us about the pond or the beds a few seasons later.
Asking us to delete it
Email jvisecretgardens@gmail.com and we will delete what we hold and write back to confirm. You do not need to give us a reason.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Anything we measure is aggregate visitor counts, and it cannot identify you.
